Vannessa Lopez

Community Manager

Vannessa joined HHHunt in 2019 as a Leasing Professional at Abberly Solaire, where she thrived in her role. In 2022, she was recognized as Leasing Consultant of the Year and was promoted to Assistant Community Manager at Abberly Royal Creek in October 2024 and October of 2025, she was promoted to Community Manager at Abberly Royal Creek. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, merchandising her Antique Booth in Fuquay, cooking and spending time with her family. Vannessa is excited about this next chapter with HHHunt!

Jennifer Sullivan

Assistant Community Manager

Originally from Baltimore, MD, Jennifer has spent most of her life in Raleigh, NC. Jennifer has been in customer service since 2005, working in the food service industry while obtaining a bachelor's degree in psychology and art therapy. September of 2022, she joined the HHHunt Team at Abberly Place in Garner. We are very excited to have her join the Abberly Royal Creek Team as the Assistant Community Manager. In her spare time, Jennifer enjoys hiking, traveling, creating art, hosting social events, and spending time with her family, friends, Husband and their three cats, and there is nothing she enjoys more than being the favorite aunt to her ever-growing family!

Mikayla Davis

Leasing Consultant

Mikayla joined the Abberly Royal Creek Team March of 2026, as a Leasing Consultant. A Raleigh native, she brings 10 years of hospitality experience and a passion for creating a welcoming environment for Residents and guests alike. Mikayla earned her bachelor's degree in communication, with a minor in marketing, in 2025. In her spare time, she enjoys writing, exploring new places and cities, and spending time with her rescue dogs and cat.

Helm Hansen

Leasing Consultant

Helm joined the Abberly Royal Creek Team in Match of 2026, as a Leasing Consultant. He brings 2 years of industry experience and a strong desire to build relationships within the community and ensure that everyone is happy and comfortable in their home. A recent college graduate, he earned his Associates in Business Administration with the desire to obtain a Bachelors in the near future. In his free time he enjoys spending time outdoors, socializing with friends, dabbling in various hobbies such as wood working and automotive maintenance.

Cory Schmoyer

Service Manager

Cory joined the Abberly Royal Creek Team in March of 2026. Cory joins us with 15 years of Maintenance experience, nationally certified CPO and EPA Certified with a positive attitude and excitement to be part of the HHHunt family. Cory is from a small town in Pennsylvania, but has lived in the area for over 20 years in Holly Springs with his family and 2 Dogs. In his spare time, Cory loves to go fishing, hunting and is one of the biggest fans of Duke Blue Devils Lacrosse. He has a passion for making his residents happy, training his team and making sure he always leaves the day better than it started.

Jose Archila

Service Technician

Jose joined the HHHunt team at Abberly Royal Creek as the Service Associate in December 2025. In March of 2026, Jose was promoted to Service Technician. Jose has been in the Multifamily industry since 2013. Jose is certified in HVAC and EPA, with years of experience with handyman work and within the multifamily housing industry. In his spare time, Jose loves spending time with his grandchildren, he loves soccer and working on cars.

Jaliel Jones

Service Associate

Jaliel Jones joined Abberly Royal Creek May 2026, as a Service Associate. He likes to go by JJ! He has been in the Multifamily Industry in the Maintenance Field for a year and half and, thoroughly enjoys it. He loves to learn about the field and hopes to grow within HHHunt. JJ loves cars, especially Hellcats, , loves different kinds of food, Basketball and playing video games with his son. Family is important to him and loves spending time with his family.
